You can also make your kid’s lunch fun for Valentine’s Day. Here I’ve cut just a few strawberries into hearts by cutting a notch out of the top of half a slice. I then stuck them on a skewer with other fruit.
*Tip- those little Starbucks stir sticks they stick in the top of your coffee? Those sticks make GREAT skewers for lunchboxes!
I made a cheese quesadilla and used a sandwich cutter to make it bite-size (this set is similar and includes the skewers!). A lunch like this only takes a few minutes.
