If you love Valentine’s Day treats, you should check out my Valentine’s Day Snack Bites too. Easy, no bake and great to make with kids!

Quick and easy snacks are often the name of my game, but sometimes I just want to give it a little something extra. This time it was sprinkles! A few sprinkles always go a long way to making my kid excited about snacktime, and these little heart shaped yogurt bites were no except. Bring on Valentine’s Day sprinkles!

This recipe for frozen yogurt hearts is so easy, you’re going to wonder why you haven’t thought of it soon. No worries, I got your back and you’re going to look like a superstar! Simply spoon your favorite yogurt into a silicone pan, add sprinkles and freeze!  (your kid can help add the sprinkles!) Thirty minutes later when they are frozen, you can pop them out and you have a great little snack.

This snack is also a great way to minimize food waste and stretch your food budget. Ever have yogurt on its last day? Make this frozen yogurt hearts recipe with that last bit of yogurt in the fridge before it goes bad. We always seem to have one small container left we didn’t quite finish, why waste it? Reinvent it as a snack! If sprinkles aren’t your thing, chopped fruit, chocolate chips, granola, or flakes of coconut also are yummy too. You know, we have to keep our options open.

A couple people have asked which silicone mold I used, so I’ve linked to it at Amazon here!

You can freeze these ahead of time, pop them out of the silicone heart molds, and store them for later. The problem is you may find you lose a heart or two along the way that is swiped up by and excited kid. Valentine’s Day frozen yogurt heart mysterious disappearances are likely, don’t be surprised!

So now the most important question, what would you sprinkle on top of these fun frozen yogurt heart-shaped bites?
