Easy Mini Mummy Pizzas

*This post may contain affiliate links. See our affiliate policy here.

Mini mummy pizzas are my favorite low-effort Halloween snack or dinner win. Start with English muffins, add a swipe of marinara, lay on string-cheese “wraps,” and finish with olive eyes. They bake in minutes, and they’re perfect for spooky after-school snacks, lunchboxes, or a quick bite before trick-or-treating.

  • English Muffins – plain, sourdough or whole wheat are all great
  • marinara sauce – any red pasta sauce will work
  • pepperoni – optional, can make these simply cheese also
  • string cheese sticks – you can also cut mozzarella strips from a block of cheese. Using shredded mozzarella cheese won’t look like mummy “bandages,” but will still taste good!
  • black olives cut in half, or other types of olives without pits. You can also use slices of bell pepper or even slice an extra pepperoni in quarters to make four eyes.

  1. Place a spoonful of marinara sauce to each English Muffin piece. Add 2-3 pepperoni slices to each muffin.

  1. Bake the pizzas for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly, then enjoy!
