Easy No Bake Thanksgiving Desserts The Whole Family Will Love

  • Need a pie? The pumpkin marshmallow pie and buckeye pie both chill in the fridge, and you can prep them the night before.
  • Want something the kids can help with? The turkey cookies are more decorating than cooking, and kids love helping with them.
  • Hosting a crowd? Set out the pumpkin pie dip or cookies & cream dip with graham crackers and fruit so everyone can grab a scoop, and each one only takes 5-10 minutes to make.

1. Pumpkin Marshmallow Pie

If you can make Rice Krispie treats, you can make this pumpkin marshmallow pie. Marshmallows melt right into the pumpkin and warm spices for a light, fluffy filling, then everything goes into a store-bought graham cracker crust to chill overnight.

2. Easy Turkey Cookies

Round turkey cookies decorated with candy corn, chocolate, and candy eyes are arranged on a wooden board, with peanut butter cups and extra candy corn nearby.

Turkey cookies are pure Thanksgiving fun, with goofy candy eyes and candy corn feathers that get smiles the second they hit the dessert table. There’s no baking at all, so set out the supplies and let the kids decorate if you like!

3. Buckeye Pie

This buckeye pie has a creamy, cheesecake-style peanut butter filling topped with rich chocolate, just like the classic candy in pie form. The crust bakes for just 10 minutes to keep it from crumbling, and the rest is no bake.

Aren’t these the cutest little pumpkins? Each one is a chocolate Oreo truffle in disguise, and they always get a happy little “aww” when they come out on the Thanksgiving dessert table.

Cornflake cookies taste like something straight out of Grandma’s holiday cookie tin, chewy and crunchy with a gooey peanut butter coating in every bite. They only take about 20 minutes and five ingredients, which makes them a perfect last-minute Thanksgiving treat.

Buckeyes are a must-have at just about every holiday gathering in Ohio, with a creamy peanut butter center dipped in chocolate. They’re one of my most popular recipes, and everyone seems to get pretty excited when they see them on the table.

This pumpkin pie dip tastes like the creamy center of a pumpkin pie, minus the crust and the waiting. It only needs five ingredients, and once you set it out with graham crackers or apple slices, everyone tends to hover around the bowl.

9. Peanut Butter Squares

Peanut butter squares taste just like the lunch lady bars from the school cafeteria, and one bite brings all those memories right back. One pan makes 16 squares, so it’s an easy way to feed a big Thanksgiving crowd.

10. Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites

Get ready for the sound of spoons scraping the bottom of every cup, because nobody wants to leave a drop of this creamy pumpkin pie flavor behind. Topped with a swirl of whipped cream, it looks like a fancy dessert, but it comes together fast and is great for a smaller table.

These take the gooey Rice Krispie treats everyone grew up on and give them a cozy fall twist with warm pumpkin spice and a white chocolate drizzle. Kids will recognize a familiar favorite, and don’t be surprised when the adults start grabbing a few too.
