Made with real peaches and fresh lemon juice, this peach lemonade is sweet, tart, and totally refreshing. It’s a fun way to enjoy fruit when it’s just too hot to think.

Ingredients
9ouncesfrozen peachesabout 2 cups
1cupsugarplus 1 tablespoon, divided
4 ½cupscold waterdivided
1cuplemon juice6-7 lemons
Instructions
Defrost peaches on the counter for 30 minutes.
9 ounces frozen peaches
Place peaches, ½ cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar in a blender. Puree until smooth. If peach puree is too thick to obtain a smooth consistency, add additional water from the remaining 4 cups of water.
4 ½ cups cold water, 1 cup sugar
Squeeze lemons, being sure to remove and strain seeds.
1 cup lemon juice
Pour peach puree into a 2 quart container and add remaining water, 1 cup sugar and all lemon juice. Stir until well blended and sugar dissolves. Serve chilled or over ice and enjoy!
