Looking for a veggie side the whole family will actually eat? These honey mustard carrots are quick, flavorful, and ready in one pan. Sweet, tangy, and even picky eaters will come back for more!
Place a large saucepan over medium heat. Add olive oil and allow to heat.
3 tablespoons olive oil
Add carrots to the oiled pan and allow them to heat, stirring frequently for about a minute. Pour the water in and cook the carrots for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently until they just begin to soften.
1/3 cup water
Pour the honey mustard mixture over the carrots and stir until the carrots are fully coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring as needed to prevent them from sticking to the pan. Then serve and enjoy!
