Preparing The Breakfast Sliders
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Layer slices of colby cheese over the bottom of rolls. Adding cheese to the bottom layer helps keep the buns from getting soggy.

Place a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sausage until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess grease, then remove the sausage from the pan and set to the side.
½ pound ground breakfast sausage
In a medium bowl, add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Beat eggs with a fork.

To the same skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon butter and oil. Melt butter, then add eggs. Cook the eggs to a soft scramble (about 80% cooked) since they’ll finish in the oven and stay tender instead of drying out. Mix cooked sausage into the eggs, then remove from heat.

Add egg and sausage mixture to the bottom layer of the rolls, spreading evenly to the edges. Sprinkle with shredded cheese over the eggs. Place the top of the rolls on the sliders.

Topping And Baking The Breakfast Sliders
Place the top of the rolls on the sliders. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Brush the butter onto the tops of the rolls with a silicone brush. Sprinkle Everything Bagel topping on top of the rolls.
