2largeeggsroom temperature
1tablespoonwater
¼cupbuttermelted, salted butter is ok
1cupM&M candiesred white and blue mix or whatever color you prefer
½cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil the pan with cooking oil.
In a large mixing bowl combine brownie mix and flour.
Add in eggs, water and melted butter to the brownie mix and flour. Mix by hand or with a hand mixer until a thick dough forms, more like cookie dough then brownie batter.
Gently fold in chocolate chips and ¾ cup of the M&M’s candies until mixed.
Scoop out dough into one tablespoon balls. Place cookie dough balls on the prepared cookie sheet at least 2 inches between dough balls.
Bake cookies for 9-12 minutes. The top will start to crack and appear a little dry, but cookies will still be a little gooey in the center.
Remove the pan from the oven. Immediately press the extra M&M’s into the top of the cookie to decorate
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes. They will continue to bake a little on a pan. Then move cookies to a wire rack or clean kitchen towel to finish cooling. Enjoy!
