Keep a jar of this homemade pumpkin pie spice in your pantry. It's perfect for sweet and cozy pumpkin baked goods and desserts.
Ingredients

cinnamon

teaspoons
ginger
▢

teaspoon
nutmeg
▢

teaspoon
cloves
optional
▢

teaspoons
allspice
optional, or can swap with more cinnamon if preffered
Instructions
Measure and place all spices in a bowl and mix together with a whisk or fork.
4 tablespoons cinnamon,
2 teaspoons ginger,
2 teaspoon nutmeg,
1/2 teaspoon cloves,
4 teaspoons allspice
Add spice mix to a dry jar for storage
Notes
Makes 20 1/2 teaspoons or 6 2/3 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice mix.
You can substitute extra cinnamon in the place of any of the spices in this mix and your recipe will still be delicious. Cinnamon can not be easily removed from the recipe.
