Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

With only three ingredients, this easy cream cheese fruit dip is perfect for party platters and potlucks. Make this sweet dip in 10 minutes or less!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup strawberries stems removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 7.5 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • fruit for dipping berries, pineapple, any fruit of choice

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry strawberries well. Slice the stems and tops off the strawberries and dice them into small pieces, then set to the side.
  • Add the cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. With an electric mixer on medium whip for 2-3 minutes and the cream cheese is light and fluffy.
  • Add the marshmallow fluff to the cream cheese. Blend with an electric mixed for an additional minute or two until combined. With a silicone spatula fold in the strawberry pieces.
  • Place the dip into a serving bowl, and serve with your favorite fruit. Enjoy!

Notes

This dip can be served immediately.
Chilling this dip in the refrigerator will thicken it up further. If it is a very hot day I like to chill the dip before serving for at least 30 minutes to help keep it cold longer.
Dip can also be placed on a tray of ice to help keep it cold on a hot day.
