These chicken nugget wraps are easy to make and great for lunchboxes. Just warm some nuggets, add a few veggies, and drizzle on the homemade honey mustard sauce or your favorite sauce. Done and delicious in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients
6smallchicken nuggetsI used Just Bare Chicken Nuggets
1largetortilla
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonplain Greek yogurtor mayonnaise
4pieceslettuce
½mediumRoma tomatodiced
Instructions
Heat the chicken nuggets for 6-8 minutes at 370 degrees in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes. You can also bake them in the oven according to the package instructions
To a small bowl add Dijon mustard, honey and plain Greek yogurt. Mix until combined.
Place the tortilla on a cutting board. Add cooked chicken nuggets to the center of the tortilla. Drizzle the honey Dijon dressing over the chicken nuggets. Add the lettuce and the tomato to the tortilla on top of the nuggets.
Fold the sides in on the tortilla. Scoot the filling closer to the bottom of the tortilla. From the bottom of the tortilla tightly roll up until you make a burrito shape. Slice and enjoy!

The honey Dijon mustard sauce is optional. Ranch, BBQ sauce or your favorite dressing can easily be swapped for what you like.I based the nutrition on the Just Bare Chicken Nuggets I used in the recipe.
