Instructions
For The Melon Kabobs
Using a melon baller tool, create small round balls of both the watermelon and the cantaloupe.
Crack wooden kabob sticks in half so they are about five to six inches long. Thread watermelon and cantaloupe onto skewers, alternating between the melon types.
Using a toothpick and a few drops of honey, use the honey to stick the eyes onto the fruit caterpillars.
For The Fruit Dip
Zest the outside of the lime with a small grater.
Mix together the lime zest, juice from half of the lime, honey and yogurt.
Notes
Any kind of yogurt can be used in this recipe. I chose to make this batch dairy free with almond yogurt but coconut and soy-based yogurts also work. Geek or regular full dairy yogurt can also be substituted.
