roughly 1-2 teaspoons when chopped, more if desired
Slice your lemon and orange into slices. Give them a good squeeze over your jar, then place inside a large glass jar.
Slice and dice ginger into small chunks, add to your glass jar.
Add a tablespoon of honey to your jar.
Heat up your water to boiling, then add to your jar. Using a long-handled spoon, give your mixture a good stir to help the honey dissolve.
Allow to steep for five to ten minutes before drinking.
I use a 24 ounce mason jar. You could easily use a larger jar, but may want to add a little more ginger. I would also add honey to taste for your child if you use a larger jar.
