Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Baker’s Corner All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Can use honey or maple syrup
  • .5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil of choice I used Olive Oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.25 cups Friendly Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Stonemill Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Pan spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together one and a half cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt until combined.
  2. Add oil, egg, Friendly Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and Stonemill Pure Vanilla Extract. Whisk well until batter is smooth.
  3. Set your stovetop to medium heat, I use four or five. Spray a little pan spray in your pan then allow to heat up. If you dribble a drop of water into the pan and it sizzles or dances, the pan is hot enough.
  4. Using a quarter cup measuring cup, spoon batter onto pan.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side of the pancake then flip the pancake in the pan. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Work in small batches of three or four pancakes at a time.
  7. Makes 12 pancakes
