Strawberry cheesecake dip is a creamy, sweet and delicious dessert dip that tastes just like strawberry shortcake and cheesecake together!
Ingredients
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1 ¼cupsweetened condensed milk
½teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupwhipped toppingthawed - like Cool Whip
1cupstrawberry pie filling
½cupangel food cakecut into small cubes
¼cupstrawberrieshalved
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth.
With a silicone spatula gently fold in the whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture.
Add cheesecake mixture to a serving bowl. Cut the angel food cake into cubes. Rinse and dry the strawberries then remove the tops and slice into pieces.
Top with strawberry pie filling, pieces of angel food cake and fresh sliced strawberries. Eat immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve with cookies or other crunchy dipping items.
