Easter Mini Egg Cookies

These sweet Easter Egg Mini Cookies melt in your mouth deliciously!

Perfect for Easter or spring with mini Cadbury eggs, these delicious buttery cookies are so pretty and will disappear faster than the Easter Bunny can hop!

INGREDIENTS:

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar into a mixture that is smooth.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1:

Add the eggs, vanilla, and almond extract to the butter mixture. Mix until the wet ingredients are fully combined, about 1-2 minutes.

STEP 2:

In a separate mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until the dry ingredients are fully combined, about 1 minute.

STEP 3:

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix on low, then medium, until a cookie dough forms and the dry flour is fully mixed into the dough.

STEP 4:

Chill the cookie dough for 30 minutes.
