Easy Breakfast Braid

Gooey cheesy, soft eggs, and crispy bacon are all wrapped in warm crescent roll dough then topped with savory everything bagel seasoning for an easy breakfast braid the whole family will love.

My family will often add fresh fruit, orange juice, or maybe even a fruit smoothie with this dish to round out the meal.

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1:

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy over medium heat. Remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to blot any excess grease. Save the bacon grease in the pan.

STEP 2:

Crack six eggs into a  medium-sized mixing bowl. Add a tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt to the eggs. Whip the eggs with a whisk until fully mixed.

STEP 3:

Place the skillet back over medium-low heat. Heat up the leftover oil from the bacon or add some pan spray. Add the eggs and stir continuously as the eggs cook until they are softly scrambled.

STEP 4:

Unroll the crescent dough in a large rectangle shape and press the seams together to seal and create a sheet of dough.
